Laroy W. Wolff, Jr., CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA, CMA, CFE
Laroy is the Member-in-Charge of Professional Services at RM Wolff, LLC, a valuation and forensic services firm affiliated with Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC.
Laroy has over 30 years of diversified experience serving clients ranging in size from small start-up to Fortune 500 companies in several industries including: healthcare, communications, entertainment, manufacturing, services, distribution, construction, finance, investment, insurance, government, non-profit, real estate, restaurants and other retail and wholesale trades.
He has significant experience in management consulting and forensic accounting focusing on valuations, business consulting, general litigation support consulting and expert testimony, alternative dispute resolution, tax issues and controversy and investigative accounting. In the past, he also provided recurring tax and audit related services to his clients. His previous experience includes practicing as a partner with Deloitte & Touche as well as a sole proprietor. He has served as an instructor of and has written professional education courses including helping create and teach a course as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt’s Law School and Owen Graduate School of Business.
Laroy is a Certified Public Accountant (Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky) Accredited in Business Valuation, an Accredited Senior Appraiser, a Certified Valuation Analyst, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also a Rule 31 Listed General Civil/Family Mediator. Laroy is a graduate of Georgia State University, with a degree in accounting. He continues his education through ongoing continuing professional education programs offered by various professional groups and has completed the AICPA Certificate of Education Programs in Business Valuations and Advanced Business Valuations as well as the University of Michigan/AICPA National Tax Education Program.
