David provides e-discovery and other related electronic data support services to RM Wolff, LLC.
David has more than 30 years of experience comprised of Information System design & support (domestic and international clientele), Internal Audit (with Fortune 500 companies), Public Accounting (Ernst & Young) and special governmental compliance and enforcement projects, including employee fraud and theft, facility suveillance and penetration, and I-9 compliance. He has also taught graduate and undergraduate business classes, including Management of Information Systems, Internal and Financial Auditing, e-commerce and others, for colleges and universities.
David is a Certified Public Accountant (Ohio), Certified Information Technology Professional (AICPA), as well as a Certified System Auditor (ISACA). His memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA)(Board Member), Nashville Technology Council, the Tennessee Automotive Manufacturing Association, as well as other groups.
Recent speaking engagements include presenting at the IT Security and Control seminar in Nashville, TN (August 2006), the AICPA Controller's Conference (October 2007), and the Association of Governmental Accountants (January 2008).
Mr. Ford has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University, and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. He is also the Managing Partner for RM it-SEC, a security, compliance and control division of Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC. He also serves as Director of IT Assurance and IT Management Consulting for Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC.
